Cheery Pie

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009
Warrant had her in mind when they wrote "Cherry Pie". - M. Curtinez Cheery Pie A little disappointed in that guy who can't think of anything better to do than to jam a finger up his nose while soaking up the sun at Hedo 69's bottomless optional swimming pool. Probably the only facility he'll ever visit where a man can shove a finger up his ass without judgement or shame and he's opting for the schnozz.

firemanSubmission: This from a South African commercial for Gaviscon, an antacid. It illustrates what can go wrong when someone who is ESL (English as a second language) writes the punch line for the advertisement.

War is over

Vince_did_billy_mays Last week the sham wow guy was a has-been, a one-trick pony whose career crapped out when he was arrested in Miami for beating a coke-hooker who bit his tongue. Meanwhile, the ultimate "pitch man", Billy Mays, was approaching superstardom - his TV series aired in April and he was on Conan doing his thing only 8 days ago. Even though Vince Offer was losing battles to Mays on every conceivable level, he still managed to win the war by his rival's untimely demise. NOW, want to know the script of the ShamWow guy comeback? How he's gonna turn his life around, find God, be inspired by Mays, etc? Just call me at (212) 631-1194 and order yours today! Supplies are limited. Act now I'll throw in your own personalized DanzaTap Shammy, you're gonna need it.

logoThis legal announcement that I, admin, am suing Harry Balsagna in the court of public opinion at InstantJury.com. The case is titled 'The Underwater Tit'. At this point I am not at liberty to discuss case specifics, upon advisement of my imaginary lawyer, but I can say that a case has been opened and that Mr. Balsagna has been issued a summons. Once he responds to his summons, he will be prompted to respond to my proposed stakes and enter his defense. Thank you.

fro Some classic lyrics: War, huh! Good God, y'all! What is it good for? Absolutely nothing, sing it again! Nice tune, but it's not 1968. Let's make the lyrics a little more contemporary. Yoga, huh! Namaste! What is it good for? A little sumpin' sumpin', sing it again! namaste Much better. Watch for incoming yoga splat.

The Blue Devil

Saturday, June 27th, 2009
(special preface: provided Larry Flynt doesn't die in the next 48 hours, expect a return to cheerier, more traditional TDT fare this week...) Have a look at the most unsympathetic character in the United States, child molester Frank Lombard. ap_duke_sex_090626_mn The Associated Press tells us that Lombard, a properly conformed Duke University bureaucrat specializing in "health inequity", was offering up a 5 year old boy as a party favor to child molesters online. Yet somehow the AP story manages to omit that this 5-year old is one of Lombard's two adopted African-American sons. Also missing is any mentioning that Frank Lombard is in a committed gay relationship (marital status unclear) with a partner who apparently is unaware and out of town when this stuff goes on. The real story here, at Dreamin' Demon. Just what is AP trying to protect in its coverage of this piece of shit... the sanctity of a gay relationships and/or marriage? These details are truths the public can't be trusted to handle? No doubt Lombard appreciates the courtesy. The next time you're told how the 'media bias' argument is overdone just remember how AP will delete pertinent story lines (and hence "protect") in coverage of a man who videos graphic sexual acts on his son for online pedophiles...just so that YOU don't any WRONG IDEAS about any BIGGER PICTURES. The priorities are clear. And just because I love the music from Off The Wall doesn't mean I'm not glad Michael Jackson died a miserable human specimen because he wasn't any different than Frank Lombard.
