EASTON, Pa. — A Pennsylvania man says he wasn’t committing a lewd act while driving last year, he was just doing a little grooming.
Forty-eight-year-old Guy Labar was accepted into a program for non-violent offenders on Tuesday. The indecent exposure case will be dropped if he successfully completes the program.
The Morning Call of Allentown reports Labar, of East Stroudsburg, allegedly exposed himself to a truck driver in October, speeding up and slowing down as the trucker did.
Northampton County District Attorney John Morganelli says Labar’s attorney explained the incident as “manscaping” gone wrong.
Defense attorney James Swetz says “looks can be deceiving.”
No stopping that Guy from shaving his balls on the highway.
