This legal announcement that I, admin, am suing Harry Balsagna in the court of public opinion at InstantJury.com.
The case is titled 'The Underwater Tit'. At this point I am not at liberty to discuss case specifics, upon advisement of my imaginary lawyer, but I can say that a case has been opened and that Mr. Balsagna has been issued a summons. Once he responds to his summons, he will be prompted to respond to my proposed stakes and enter his defense. Thank you.

I thought that verdict site on TAR was the court of public opinion. Too many sites, not enough cliches.

first off, I couldn’t find the case. second, not worth the time. It’s admin’s site. He is a benevolent dictator. He boxes you, you are fucked. If EB wants to post porn though I am in.
Case isn’t live until Harry Balsagna accepts his summons. Perhaps he is admitting guilt by not doing so and will thus be banned from TDT forever.

There are some last minute plea deals but neither was accepted by admin nor Harry Balsagna. We are moving the site to a bigger server where the proceedings will commence. You will be notified when the case is up and ready.

This was a huge bust (and not in a good way). Admin still hasn’t stated his case, the original picture at issue hasn’t been posted, and the Judge hasn’t sent me an email in response to me signing up on his site. Kudos all around!
